This is the story of two neighbors, Rocco and Tim, who live at Shady Lane Trailer Park. They can't get along no matter how hard they try.  Rocco steals Tim's new boots off his front steps, and Tim does everything he can to get them back. They end up fighting in the front yard in their underwear.
